All orders placed on our website will be confirmed via email, SMS, or phone call.

Orders are processed only after confirmation.

Products can only be exchanged if the wrong item was delivered or the received item is faulty/damaged.

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

Courier charges for returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement (before dispatch).

Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Adnan Brothers reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.

Certain categories such as perishable items, customized products, and personal care goods are non-returnable.
